Ginny has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University. She has been practicing physical therapy for over 30 years, during which she co-owned an outpatient Physical Therapy practice in Colorado. She also has experience working at a college sports medicine facility.

Ginny is a certified True Pilates instructor, and specializes in a rehabilitation-based approach to Pilates exercise to enhance technique and core control. She is currently practicing as a fill-in therapist at Pilates Seattle and Physical Therapy.
