The Reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These benefits in turn lead to daily life improvements such as better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and relief from lower and general back pain.
Clients new to Pilates can learn the fundamentals of the reformer workout. More experienced clients can deepened their reformer work.
