In-Person Safety Protocols

We’re heading back in to the studio and we’d love to see you here! Join us for in studio sessions, get back to something familiar and now redefined. Read on for details and of course if you are more comfortable still being part of our online movement community – we support you in that choice as well!

Now that King County requires PROOF of VACCINATION for indoor activities, we are offering more select in-person appointments for Pilates and Physical Therapy. We take your health and safety very seriously and are engaging in the following protocols for in-person appointments:

  • Our Instructors/P.T.s are fully vaccinated, and also will be self-screening and staying home if they have any break through signs/symptoms of COVID-19, and will PCR Covid test as needed.
  • We ask that clients/patients do the same. We have a no-touch thermometer available at the studio entry.
  •  PROOF OF VACCINATION (official vaccine card or photo of both sides) AND MASKS are required for all Clients, PT patients, Staff, and Visitors to the studio.
  • When you arrive, please review the Entry Station instructions.
  • Please wash or sanitize hands when you come in to the studio.
  • Please bring your own water container
  • Instructors/P.T.s are sanitizing equipment, props and high touch surfaces before each session.
  • Session start times are staggered.

Virtual Pilates Sessions

We are offering a limited schedule of Private and Semi-Private sessions.

Prepare for Your Virtual Session

What you’ll need for your online sessions:​

  • Zoom installed and tested on your device!
  • Enough space for your mat or a thick towel, and room for you to move!
  • Access to a bit of wall space.
  • Additional equipment: hand towel, arm weights (tin cans or small water bottles with water work as well!).

All online sessions are offered under Pilates Seattle International existing policies.
