Jordan Colvard discovered Pilates as a young dancer learning to improve overall health and mindfulness, and prevent injury while maintaining a rigorous rehearsal schedule. She has come to understand Pilates as a practice that goes above and beyond getting a great workout. It’s a way to learn about the body and find appreciation for it’s capacity to heal, grow, and transform over a lifetime.
She has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and was certified at Pilates Seattle International through Romana’s Pilates in 2018. Jordan also has extensive experience as an arts educator, and continues her career as a freelance dancer in the Seattle area. Out of the studio, Jordan is an animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, and avid traveler.
