Springs Classes are Back!
Starting January 6, 2018 Springs Classes are back on the schedule! These 45-minute classes incorporate Mat Work and exercises using a variety of Springs equipment on our Tower Units. Space is limited to 4 students, so advanced booking is required.
Mondays at 6:00 pm with Rachel
Saturdays at 10:00 am with Rick
$36 for 1 Springs Class,
$120 for 4 Springs Classes

For your convenience we’ve enabled the online booking option on our MindBody scheduling software. Now you’ll be able to login to your account online or using the app, schedule classes and view your past and future appointments. Please refer to the online schedule going forward to view class offerings, pre-book for mat and springs classes, and see if a class is canceled or there is a sub.
How to Schedule Using MindBody Online
You already have an account in our Mind Body system! Your login is the email address where you receive appointment reminders.
- Sign In to your Account using a browser window or using the MindyBody app.
- Enter your email in the login box
- Click the “Need Password?” link, follow instructions to get a new password
- Login and start scheduling!
- Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to Springs classes.
Please note: Please continue to make purchases at the front desk. We do not process payments through MindBody at this time, if you attempt to purchase Pilates Sessions or Classes on MindBody it will not work!
